The special parliament panel investigating the circumstances of the 2016 April War in Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) has reportedly “summoned” the prime minister in an apparent move to secure the “key component of the show”.

Citing informed sources, the paper says that the decision was made in an attempt to avoid "unnecessary speculations" by the political minority.

The paper notes that Nikol Pashinyan, who was at the time an opposition lawmaker, said in a speech at the National Assembly back then  that the hostilities were “intentionally provoked” by Russia in an effort to pave way to Azerbaijan’s integration into the EAEU.
