Woman drinks a gallon of water a day for 4 weeks and the results are shocking

It is very important to consume the sufficient daily amount of water in order to allow the body to function normally.

The participant who took part in this experiment is called Sarah Smith. She is 42 years old, has two kids and lives in UK. Her water intake was far from sufficient and she admitted to not drinking the recommended daily amount, or 2-3 liters of water. She suffered from regular headaches and poor indigestion. The medical professionals kept consulting her that the cause for her health problems can be the insufficient intake of water. Following their advices, she started to increase her intake of water and decided to document what happened during this experiment. She started to drink 3 liters water per day, every day for an entire month and patiently waited to see if any improvements will be visible.


Initially, Sarah took a long hard look at her face noting that “I am 42, but have to admit I look more like 52 in this picture, which is shocking. There are dark shadows under and around my eyes, which make me look exhausted, a profusion of wrinkles and strange reddish blotches, and my skin lacks any lustre. It looks dead….even my lips look shrivelled.” She divided the amount of water on three times during the day, one big jug in the morning, another in the afternoon and the third one in the evening.


By the end of the very first week the results were more than visible. The bowel function was improved as well as the urine which was virtually clear as the water flushing out her poor, dehydrated kidneys. As a result of the toxins being eliminated from the body some sudden skin breakouts appeared. The headaches have completely disappeared and the joint stiffness that usually appeared in the morning noticed considerable improvement. This is due to the fact that the water is essential for lubrication of the joints.

During the second week her general complexion and her skin tone were more than improved. Her eyes were still wrinkled but she stated that “they look less creepy and shadowy than before”. Her stomach became much flatter and she began to receive constant compliments about her appearance. He even said that her cellulite had disappeared. Finally, the second week again passed by without headaches.

The third week was marked by the complete disappearance of the eye wrinkles and dark circles and her skin was healthier looking and plumper. She noted that she was actually eating less by this stage as she had fallen into the common trap of reading signals from her stomach as being hunger pangs whereas they were actually thirst pangs. The thirst signs are commonly mistaken for hunger pangs and according to one research eve 37 of people make this mistake. Sarah learned how to avoid this unhealthy trap with the help of the plentiful water she started to consume.

The fourth week brought significant changes to Sarah. She stated: said “I genuinely can’t believe the difference in my face. I look like a different woman. The dark shadows around my eyes have all but disappeared and the blotches have gone. My skin is almost as dewy as it was when I was a child. The transformation is nothing short of remarkable.” In addition, she was fitter and leaner everyone in her surrounding started to comment on her appearance. Most importantly, nothing in her daily routine was changed except for the water intake.
