Russian activist pepper-sprays woman for parking in the wrong spot

This is the frightening moment a Russian activist against rude drivers pepper-sprayed a woman in the face.

Footage shows the lady wrestling with two men after they accused her and her husband of parking in the wrong place before one pepper-sprays her, leading to her later collapse, reports the Daily Mail.

The bizarre incident began when Vladislav Oreshkin - an activist for a movement against rude drivers - tried to stop the lady's husband from parking his car in the middle of pedestrianised street in St Petersburg.

His wife reportedly lost her temper and jumped out of the vehicle to remonstrate with the pair.

However the clip shows her being roughly manhandled between the two as she fights back before the husband gets involved.

Oreshkin grabs him around the waist while another wrestles with the woman who is seen kicking him twice in retaliation before he squirts the pepper spray both at her and her husband.

The lady can later be seen struggling to breathe as she perches on a fence before collapsing on the road as her husband washes his eyes out.

The man, named only as Konstantin, said his wife had been angry because the activists were stopping them from buying some badly-needed medicine.

He said: 'I had renal colic and these people did not let me buy the needed medications from a pharmacy.

“They had to call an ambulance to help me. If it was forbidden to park a car here, there would have been a sign.

“They started a fight with my wife, and I was behaving, I was sitting in the car until the very end.”

But Oreshkin claims the activist who pepper-sprayed Konstantin's wife in the face had been simply trying to defend himself.

He said: “The female partner of the driver got unhappy about something and she decided to attack our activist, trying to put a plastic bag on his head.”

An ambulance was called to the scene and took the couple to a nearby hospital. One of the activists also needed treatment for a suspected fractured eye socket.

The video of the incident quickly went viral after it was uploaded to social media and local internet forums.

One netizen said: 'I am sick and tired of these activists. All they seem to do is fight with women.'
