Turkey Hasn’t Yet Sent its Ambassador Back to Washington

Since it hasn’t yet received a clear message from the US administration on House Resolution 252 on the Armenian Genocide, Turkey hasn’t sent its ambassador back to Washington, said Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan while in Saudi Arabia, report various Turkish news media.

Immediately after the House of Representatives Foreign Affairs Committee passed H.Res.252 on recognizing the Armenian Genocide, Ankara recalled its ambassador to Washington, Namik Tan.
