Levon Toros Awarded Gratitude Medal by NKR President

On March 30, Nagorno-Karabakh President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree awarding Friends of Armenia (“Motherland Union”) executive member from the US Levon Toros the Gratitude Medal for participation in carrying out a number of humanitarian projects in the NKR, according to a release issued by the NKR presidential central information department.
