Kaczynski's Undelivered Speech Text Publicized

A speech the Polish President Lech Kaczynski was going to utter during the commemoration ceremony at the Katyn memorial near the Russian city of Smolensk has been publicized.

According to the Russian news web source Lenta.ru in that speech Kaczynski was going to demand that all the archives relating to the mass shootings of Polish military officers in Katyn be opened and the innocence of those victims legally fixed.

The commemoration was set to be held on April 10. Unfortunately, the plane, carrying the Polish President, his wife, Polish deputies and other high-ranking official, diverted from its way near the Smolensk airport, crashed into trees in the nearby forest, broke into peaces and burned down killing all the 96 passengers on board.
