Bookmakers Say Eva Rivas is a Favorite

The second semi-final of the Eurovision 2010 Song Contest will take place today in Oslo, Norway.

Among the participants in this semi-final are Lithuania, Israel, Denmark, Switzerland, Sweden, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Netherlands, Romania, Slovenia, Ireland, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Georgia and Turkey.

The Armenian representative Eva Rivas will be the second to sing.

While Rivas will represent her Apricot Stone an apricot tree will be growing from a big apricot stone.

The show will see some fireworks, but the melody of the Armenian duduk to be played by the famous Armenian duduk-player Jivan Gasparyan will add far more luxury and charm to the show.

Bookmakers said among those having chances to win in this contest are the representatives of Armenia, Israel, German and Azerbaijan.

The final will take place on May 29. Representatives of 10 countries will partake in this part of the contest.
