Lilit Galoyan Could Win Should Mika’s Player Not Hinder

After several consecutive victories at the Maya Chuburdanidze Cup in Georgia the Armenian chess player Lilit Galoyan lost during the 8th round to Nino Kurtsidze (Georgia).

Kurtidze playes in Erevan’s Mika women’s team.

Maria Gevorgyan, another Armenian player paraticipating in this tournament was not successful in this tour either, while Lia Martiroyan managed earning 1 point.

With her 5 points Lilit Galoyan is the 16th in the winner’s list.

Anna Muzhichuk (Slovenia) continues heading the list with 7 points secured.
