22% Fail in First Joint Exams
The results of the first joint exams of Geography, General World History and Biology will be known on June 5, in accordance with the rules of joint exams, said Director of Evaluation and Testing Centre Gurgen Khachatryan.
He also said that he was discontent with the first results.
Low results have been registered especially in Biology.
“Twenty two per cent have received unsatisfactory [mark],” said he, adding that the results of the other two subjects are relatively satisfactory.
Khachatryan also said that the appeal process will start tomorrow, as soon as the results are published.
On June 1 about 1100 students had participated in joint exams of Biology, 500 in General World history and 300 in Geography.
