OSCE MG Co-Chairs to Visit Region in July

OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs will during the early days of July pay a visit to the region, said OSCE MG Russian co-chairman Igor Popov.

He also mentioned that the meeting with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov in Venice was useful, adding that no breakthrough agreement was reached.

Asked are the mediators planning to visit Karabakh, Popov said: “That plan has not been confirmed yet. Generally, such a visit is planned, but it is not known whether it will be paid during a next-in-turn visit [to the regions] or next time.”
