Archeologists Find a Clog That Might Be Older Than Egyptian Pyramids

The shoe fashion doesn’t seem to have changed in the recent 5000 years, reveals a historical finding that looks like an old shoe found by a group of archeologist from an Irish university, reports MIGnews.com.

Headed by Ron Panhas the group has run into a clog while excavating an area in Vayots Dzor marz (province), South-Western Armenia.

The clog is said to be 5500 years old.

Experts say this might be the very ‘prototype’ of shoe that was still worn in Ireland 50 years ago.

Made from a whole piece of leather, probably upon the order of the owner, the clog is still in perfect condition and is said to be 1000 years older that the pyramids in Egypt.

Scientists say it might belong both to a male and to a female.
