Aliyev Did Not Want to Partake in Trilateral Meeting in Petersburg

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev seems to have made a last-minute decision over his visit to St. Petersburg as will partake in this meeting.

According to some Azerbaijani media sources he did not want to participate in today's trilateral meeting with his Armenian and Russian counterparts Serzh Sargsyan and Dmitry Medvedev in the Russian city of St. Petersburg.

Speaking about the trilateral meeting President of European Integration NGO and Chief Editor of Radiolur Karen Bekaryan said there were some elements of PR in those reportings.

"That was the interpretation of Azerbaijani side and was aimed at conveying some kind of solidness and some elements of PR," said Bekaryan.
