Armen Aivazyan Will Appeal to International Court over Caucasus Institute Publication

Ararat Center for Strategic Research will be consistent in making sure that its claim filed against Caucasus Institute over a controversial publication that does not recognize the Armenian genocide gets a fair trial even in abroad if need be.

"Ararat Center for Strategic Research announces that it will be consistent that this detrimental precedent be eliminated and condemned. Given the Centre has already spent all the measures of legal protection in the Republic of Armenia, we are currently preparing a claim that will soon be brought at international court's discussion," reads a statement issued by the Centre.

Earlier Armen Aivazyan, Head of Ararat Center for Strategic Research had filed a complaint against Alexander Iskandaryan, the Director of Caucasus Institute, who edited the book that included the controversial material over the Armenian Genocide. But the court had rejected Aivazyan's claim.
