Has Aliyev Left Saint Petersburg?

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev will not participate in the annual World Economic Forum to be held in the Russian city of Saint Petersburg where on Thursday a trilateral meeting of Armenian, Azerbaijani and Russian presidents took place.

Tert.am's correspondent informs from St. Petersburg that the Mr Aliyev did not show up at the opening of the forum.

Earlier it was announced that the main aim of his visit to St. Petersburg was participating in this conference.

There are speculations that Mr Aliyev might have left St. Petersburg.

According to Azerbaijani media reports his working visit is already over.

Ilham Aliyev is said to have held a meeting with OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs following the meeting with Armenian and Russian counterparts Serzh Sargsyan and Dmitry Medvedev.

Armenia's president is expected to meet the OSCE MG co-chairs today.
