Will Raffi Hovhanisian become board chairman of Heritage party?

"I would like to see Raffi Hovhanisian as the board chairman of Heritage Party" Heritage's current board chairman Armen Martirosyan told a press conference today as he spoke about the upcoming party congress.

Martirosyan said that there is a public demand for Hovhanisian to take the position of the board chairman. In his words Heritage is not a party of persons which can be proved by the fact that the Party board and its parliamentary faction have been led by different members of the party.

Referring to Hovhanisian's statement that this congress will be a divide, Armen Martirosyan said: "I think that the divide may relate to evaluations of the work done before and to the steps to be taken in the future."
