Administrative Court due to deliver ruling over HAK complaint against raising gas tariff

The ruling on the complaint filed by the Armenian National Congress (HAK) against raising the gas tariff in Armenia will be delivered at the Administrative Court of Armenia before August 6.

The claim will be examined in written form as HAK's efforts to have the case examined orally experienced failure.

HAK lawyer Vahe Hovsepyan told Tert.am that it had made a motion asking the court to examine Vahagn Khachatryan's and Hrant Bagratyan's part of the claim to be examined in an oral procedure.

"[But] the Court rejected this motion too," said he.

HAK filed the claim in April 2010. It required the Court to annul a decision by Public Services Regulatory Commission's decision over raising gas tariff.

More than 7000 people signed the claim.

The ruling will come into force 30 days after its release.
