Have authorities their hand in what is happening in HHSh?

"I think that the authorities have their hand in this too, but I do not think it would be moral to make evaluations," Social Democrat Hunchakian Party leader Lyudmila Sargsyan told a press conference today, referring to the current situation in the Armenian Pan-National Movement (HHSh).

It comes a few days after HHSh chairperson Ararat Zurabyan and his deputy Khachatur Kokobelyan resigned.

Harutyunyan said she was sure that HHSh, which is part of the main Armenian opposition movement the Armenian National Congress (HAK), would be able to solve its problems.

"I think that HHSh is such a strong party and such a sound power in its core that it is capable of solving its problems," said Lyudmila Sargsyan.

Further she said she did not see any probability that Armenian authorities could split the party or push it out of HAK.
