Robert Kocharyan becomes AFK Systema shareholder

Managers of Russian AFK Systema have been paid their bonuses for the year of 2009.

Former Armenian President Robert Kocharyan, who is a shareholder at AFK Systema and a board member, has received 0.0009 per cent of the Company's shares which makes a total of $110,000 US.

According to a release issued by the Company the managers have received shares as bonuses instead of cash.

Among the AFK Systema personnel who received bonuses are the main shareholder Vladimir Evtushenko and the President of the company Leonid Melamed.

All the shares distributed as bonuses make a total of $1,1m US.
