Return of Lachin and Kelbajar has not been discussed. Nalbandyan

Statements by Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov as if Azerbaijan is discussing with Armenia the issue of returning Lachin and Kelbajar regions, and as if that issue was recently discussed also in the Saint Petersburg meeting brokered by Russia are lies, Armenia's Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandyan told Haylur news service at the Public TV of Armenia.

"That is a transparent lie. The Armenian side has never discussed the issue of handing the Lachin and Kelbajar regions under Azerbaijan's administrative control. This issue has not been discussed during the presidents' meeting in Saint Petersburg either," said Edward Nalbandyan.
