Aram Manukyan elected as new HHSh Board Chairman

In a much-anticipated congress held on Saturday the Armenian Pan-National Movement Party (HHSh) expanded the number of its board members from 25 to 31.

Besides the party elected a new board chairman whose position had been vacant after the former chairman Ararat Zurabyan resigned recently.

Aram Manukyan was elected as the new Chairman, while Samvel Abrahamyan as the Deputy Chairman. Vahagn Hayotsyan who was the acting chairman after Zurabyan's resignation was elected as HHSh Secretary.

Among the new board members are former HHSh chairman Ararat Zurabyan, Aram Manukyan, Erjanik Abgaryan, former Armenian Minister of Internal Affairs Vano Siradeghyan who is currently wanted by Interpol, as well as some political prisoners.
