Karabakh President Sahakyan grants award to Major-General Hayk Kotanjyan

On 24 July President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree awarding the "Gratitude" medal to Major-General Hayk Kotanjyan, Doctor of Political Sciences, head of the National Strategic Research Institute of the Republic of Armenia's Defense ministry for active participation in defending interests of the Artsakh Republic and in connection with his 65th birthday.
