OSCE to conduct monitoring in Karabakh front line

On August 3, in accordance with the earlier achieved agreement with the NKR authorities the OSCE mission is going to conduct ? regular monitoring of the line of contact of Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijani Armed Forces in the eastern direction of Talish settlement of Martakert region, NKR.

According to a release issued by the NKR Foreign Ministry from the NKR Defense Army positions, the monitoring will be held by Coordinator of the OSCE Office, Lieutenant-Colonel Imre Palatinus (Hungary) and Field Assistant of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Hristo Hristov (Bulgaria).

From the Azerbaijani side, the monitoring will be conducted by Field Assistants of Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Lieutenant-Colonel Antal Herdich (Hungary) and William Pryor (Great Britain).

From the Karabakhi side the monitoring mission will be accompanied by representatives of the NKR Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Defense.
