Will X-Group buy a new poultry factory?

X-Group, which is the proprietor of Yerevan Poultry Factory and Araks Poultry Factory, has not bought any new poultry factories recently.

Khachik Danielyan, lawyer of Yerevan Poultry Factory, told Tert.am that he was not aware that talks are underway for a new acquisition. He also added that there had been some private talks about it, but no legal negotiation has been conducted.

Earlier there were reports that X-Group has absorbed 3 poultry factories including Lusakert Pedigree Poultry Farm whose co-owner MP Khachik Manukyan, had told Tert.am that talks over the deal were underway with X-Group.

X-Group is owned by Armenian businessman Khachik Khachatryan.
