Russia denies any agreementbout on C-300 missile sale to Azerbaijan

Russia denied reports about the C-300 PMU-2 Favorite missiles sale to Azerbaijan, reports RIA Novosty.

Spokesman for the Russian Rosoboronexport Company Vyacheslav Davidenko denied Russian newspapers’ reports that Azerbaijan and Russia reached an agreement over selling of two divisions of C-3000 missile complexes. He said there was no such agreement.

Russian Vedomosti newspaper said on Thursday that Azerbaijan’s Defense Ministry and Rosoboronexport reached an agreement in 2009 about sale of two C-300 PMU-2 Favorite missiles to Azerbaijan.
