Armenian grandmaster Aronyan wins bronze

Blitz Chess World Championship drew to an end in Mainz, Germany, with 701 chess players participating.

Armenia’s representative grandmaster Levon Aronyan, who had participated in the previous championship too, is the third with 9.5 points earned during 11 tournaments.

Aronyan had only one defeat in the 7th tournament when he lost to Gata Kamsky (US) who became the winner of this championship earning 10 points.
