Orange Care service launched

On August 12 local Armenian mobile phone operator Orange launched a new service.

Orange Care will significantly facilitate the use of smart phones. Three services will be delivered within the newly launched service - "Switch on Your Phone!" "Keep and Pass!" and "Start Using Your Smartphone."

Due to this new service customers who will buy mobile phones or Smartphone's from Orange's shops will be provided with professional advice. Orange's experts will help its subscribers easily get familiar with all the settings of their phones.

They will also help their customers keep all the information in their old phones in a USB flash or pass it to new ones they buy.

Also Orange's technical team will help those who want to buy smart phones by providing them advice as to which Smartphone model to buy. They will also help set up SMS, MMS, and e-mail settings.

Interestingly, in the framework of Orange Care Orange's expert will install the iPhone4 operation system in all iPhones bought from Orange's shops. This service will be delivered for free.

Orange Care services are available in 16 Orange shops, but the network will continuously be enlarged.
