German TV broadcast documentary on Armenian Genocide and Hrant Dink

German TV has broadcast a new documentary about the Armenian Genocide perpetrated by the Ottoman Turks in the 1915 and the slain Turkish-Armenian journalist Hrant Dink.

According to Turkish news agency Dogan, the 53-minute-long film, broadcast by the German EinsExtra TV channel, presents the Armenian people as one of the bearers of one of the ancient civilizations.

The documentary also touches upon the Armenian Genocide committed at the beginning of the 20th century, as well as the killing of Hrant Dink, the Chief-Editor of the bilingual newspaper Agos, on 19 January 2007 in front of his office in Istanbul.

The documentary presents Hrant Dink as the fearless advocate and defender of the Armenian and Turkish reconciliation. It also mentions that a lot of questions related to his killing still beg answers.
