Orange offers handsets and calls for only 1 dram

As the new school year is approachingo, today Orange announced about two incredible offers: during coming two months phones and calls for just 1 AMD.

"September 1st is a real national day in Armenia and we celebrate this new start with everyone. Tomorrow many children and students will start the academic year and many of them will go to school or university for the first time. We congratulate them at the occasion of this great day, and wish big success. And we have prepared an unforgettable present for everyone," Orange CEO Bruno Duthoit said.

Till October 31st customers can buy special branded Samsung, Nokia or Alcatel handsets for only 1 AMD, by just recharging the account in any Orange shop with 8000 or 12000 AMD. The recharged amount can be used for any service before March 1st, 2011.

"This offer will allow changing the phone easily and getting a new one. This is our 'September 1st' gift to all our existing customers as well as to those who still do not have an Orange number. We are sure students and also everyone who was waiting for a good proposal to get a new phone will appreciate the solution we propose," Aram Mkrtchyan, Orange Marketing Director.

Orange says this is not all about autumn surprises it has prepared. The company has one more great gift for September 1st. All "Let's Talk" and "Every Month" customers can make off-net calls to all national mobile or fixed networks for only 1 AMD/minute during the whole day of September 1st. Moreover, the same 1AMD/min rate will
