DigiTech-2010 will take place from October 20-31

DigiTech-2010 Expo will be held from October 20-31 in Karen Demirchyan Sports and Concert Complex.

In a press conference today Executive Officer of the Union of Information Technology Enterprises Karen Vardanyan said that the 30 IT companies have applied for the participation in the expo this year.

About 60 companies are expected to participate in this event and around 15,000 visitors to attend it. ArmTech congress of the Armenian technologies and some others events are also scheduled to be held during this DigiTech.

The key aim of this expo is creating a favorable environment for the communication among high-tech companies, business consumers and the society, as well as extending international ties.

According to Mr Vardanyan, the rent of an equipped boot in this expo ranges from 45,000 to 48,000 drams. He also said that in comparison with the last year's figures, the Government has decreased its financing for this expo to a minimum of 10 million drams.
