"Armenia after Crisis: Challenges and Opportunities"

Armenia's President Serzh Sargsyan participated in the final session of a two-day international forum. Titled "Armenia after Crisis: Challenges and Opportunities" the forum was held in the Armenian resort town of Dilijan through the initiative of Armenia's Government and the World Bank.

Mr Sargsyan was presented with the perspectives and opportunities of the development of Armenian economy in the post-crisis period, as well as with the summary results of the discussions of the steps to be taken in the future.

The president thanked the high-ranking representatives of the World Bank attending such an important event for their support to organize it. He mentioned that the two-day productive discussions of the international influential specialists and their Armenian colleagues will have a large positive impact upon Armenia and will help it ensure development that will be in line with the international post-crisis realities.

Further Mr Sargsyan wished the participants of the forum success in turning the aims indicated during the discussions into concrete programs and in implementing them. He also assured them that Armenia's authorities will do their best for the timely and efficient implementation of those programs.
