Iran has not officially sold grain to Armenia

Iranian companies do not do any business in Nagorno Karabakh, said Ali Aghamohammadi, First Deputy to Iran’s Vice-President on Economic Issues, reported Azerbaijani news agency APA.

Mr Aghamohammadi, particularly, has said that Iran recognized the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan from the very beginning.

Speaking about news reports on an alleged commerce of wheat between Iran and Armenia, Mr Aghamohammadi said that it has not officially sold grain to Armenia.

“We have not sold grain to Armenia officially. Those views are groundless,” he was reported as saying.
