HAK will hand an address to Council of Europe on 1 October

Opposition Armenian National Congress (HAK) held on September 29 a board session presided by former president and HAK's leader Levon Ter-Petrosyan.

During the session the HAK approved of the draft of an address to be conveyed to the Council of Europe.

The address will be handed to the Council of Europe's office in Armenia on 1 October by the participant of a march to be held by the HAK.

The session also discussed HAK's further actions within its newly-announced strategy.
