Ruben Vardanyan wouldn't like to be engaged in politics

Russian-Armenian tycoon Ruben Vardanyan would not like to be engaged in politics asked whether he would like to continue serving the Russian Federation through politics.

"No. I think I would be a bad statesman, as it is some kind of culture. To me the format isn't interesting. I also want Russia to have a brilliant future, but it would be better if I would do it with my business school and my other projects," ha has said in an interview with the influential Russian daily Vedomosti.

Mr Vardanyan has also said that in the recent years he has worked for his country and spent great efforts to make Russia become a competitive country and to be integrated to what he called "the world system."

"In the recent 20 years I have worked for my country and together with my supporters in Troika Dialog spent great efforts so that Russia becomes a competitive country and becomes integrated into the world system," Ruben Vardanyan was reported as saying.
