Peter Semneby initiates phone call with Levon Ter-Petrosyan

European Union Special Representative for the South Caucasus Peter Semneby had a phone conversation with former Armenian president and leader of opposition Armenian National Congress (HAK) Levon Ter-Petrosyan on Tuesday.

According the HAK office, Mr Semneby wanted to clarify some details of an early meeting between them.

There is no mention as to what Mr Semneby and Levon Ter-Petrosyan had discussed the last time and what the details refer to.
