Slovenian President Danilo Turk to arrive Armenia

Upon the invitation of Armenia's President Serzh Sargsyan Slovenian President Danilo Turk will pay an official visit to Armenia, accompanied by his wife Barbara Miklic Turk.

Mr Turk will during his stay on October 11 visit Tsitsernakaberd - the memorial dedicated to Armenian Genocide. Further he will meet with Serzh Sargsyan in the presidential residence. The two leaders will have a private talk, followed by talks between the two delegations in extended format.

A ceremony of signing documents will take place with the two presidents expectedly to convene a joint press conference.

On the same day Mr Turk will visit Matenadaran and Artists Union of Armenia. Later he will with his Armenian counterpart take part in Slovenian Armenian business forum.

On behalf of Serzh Sargsyan and first lady Rita Sargsyan an official diner will be further served to Mr Danilo Turk and Barbara Miklic Turk.

On October 12 Mr Turk will have one more private talk with Serzh Sargsyan and will later visit Mother See of Wholly Etchmiadzin to meet with His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians.
