HAK coordinator visited Moscow to elaborate on the 'real situation' in Armenia

Coordinator of opposition alliance Armenian National Congress Levon Zurabyan has recently paid a working visit to Russia, according to Rosbalt.tu

Mr Zurabyan has reportedly held meetings with representatives of the Russian authorities and the Armenian community in Moscow.

According to the source, during the meetings he has unveiled a report about the recent developments in Armenia and provided those present with a chance to get familiarized with the "real situation in the country."

According to Mr Zurabyan, the Armenian society won't reconcile itself with the current situation: the people require a change of power through early elections, he has said.

Further the source mentions that Mr Zurabyan has told the attendees about the "repressions the dissidents are being subjected to," as well as the fact that "corruption is gobbling the state."

HAK Spokesperson Arman Musinyan confirmed to Tert.am the report about Mr Zurabyan's visit to Moscow, saying it took place from October 7-10.
