Armenian soldier killed by Azerbaijani front troops

An Armenian soldier has been killed due to fire opened by Azerbaijani Armed Forces.

According to a release issued by the Defense Ministry of Nagorno Karabakh, Vitaly Ashot Igityan, 22, a temporary soldier at the military unit N38401, was wounded at the head at an outpost deployed in the south-eastern part of the contact line between Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijan.

The incident took place at 7 p.m. on 14 October.

Vital Igityan was hospitalized but he died on the way to the hospital.
