Albert Sukiasyan has passed away

Albert Sukiasyan, the founder of Sil Group, passed away on October 15-16.

Mr Sukiasyan is said to have had heart problems recently.

He is the father of Armenian businessman and former MP Khachatur Sukiasyan who does not leave in Armenia. He left the country after he sided with former Armenian president Levon Ter-Petrosyan during the 2008 protests agaisnt the disputed presidential elections that turned into mass riots claiming at least 7 lives.
