Two Armenians among flood casualties in Krasnodar

There have been 2 Armenian citizens among the 14 Russians who died due to a recent devastating flood in the Tuapse region in Krasnodar Krai, Southern Russia.

According to Analitika.at.ua, one of them is Arthur Abovyan, 33, from the Gizeldere village, whose body had initially not been identified.
The other Armenian citizen is Albert Mnatsakanyan (73).

Torrential rains at the end of the previous week caused a rise in water levels in the nearby rivers which in turn flooded 22 communities in the Tuapse and Apsheron regions of the Krasnodar Krai.
