Troika Dialog wins controversial law case

Moscow’s Court of Arbitration satisfied on Monday a claim by Russian investment giant Troika Dialogue to consider a ruling by the Russian Federal Anti-Monopoly Service as ungrounded.

The ruling by the federal Service had been made based on the claims filed by customers, a Troika Dialog’s press official has said.

Earlier the Russian Federal Anti-Monopoly Service had ruled that the information by Troika Dialog about the accreditation of its assets was a display of “unconscientious completion” as it misled its customers.

The company has already won some of the cases filed by its customers, while others are being heard at the courts various instances.

The control package of Troika Dialog is owned by Russian-Armenias investment mogul Ruben Vardanyan.
