Opel collides with wall, driver’s health considered ‘grave’

A report on a car crash on Isakov Avenue, near a traffic police checkpoint, was received at 11.35 p.m. on Sunday, according to “Artakarg Alik” (emergency channel) information centre.

A special team of rescuers arrived at the scene of the accident.

An Opel-Vectra (No. 05 ՏՍ 146) collided with the wall of a nearby construction. As a result, driver Hovhannes Matevosyan (born in 1968) was hospitalized to Malatya medical center with different degrees of bodily injuries.

The circumstances of the accident still remain unclear.

Matevosyan’s health condition was considered grave.
