Armenia to repatriate Azerbaijani citizen

In pursuance of the October 27, 2010 agreement signed between Armenian and Azerbaijani President in Astrakhan, Armenia will repatriate an Azerbaijan citizen.

The rendering will take place at midday on November 4, Armenian Defense Ministry informs.

The Azerbaijani citizen had illegaly crossed the Azerbaijani-Karabakhi line of contact on Ijevan-Kazakh highway.

Considering the norms of international humanitarian law, the authorities refrain from publishing the Azerbaijani citizen's name before the rendition.
