Armenian Embassy in Greece received suspicious envelopes

The Armenian Embassy in Greece received on Thursday morning two envelopes with suspicious contents.

The incident caused anxiety among the representatives of the diplomatic mission, Armenian Foreign Ministry's Spokesman Tigran Balayan told Tert.am.

"Armenian police officers were immediately reported on the incident. They checked the envelopes for biologically and chemically harmful substances," Mr Balayan said, adding that no dangerous content was found.

He also noted that the embassy now continues its normal course of work.
