Azerbajanis and Turks to hamper Artsakh's participation in World Travel Market?

Azerbaijanis and Turks in Great Britain are taking joint efforts towards preventing Nagorno Karabakh's participation in the upcoming World Travel Market (WTM) international exhibition set to begin in London.

Azerbaijanis have sent hundreds of letters to WTM representatives, claiming that Nagorno Karabakh was occupied by Armenian forces and remains under Armenia's control to date, Turkish news agency Cihan reports.

The authors of the letters have also warned US and British citizens not to visit Karabakh.

Earlier, Azerbaijanis called on the Turks in London to assist them in their efforts to hamper Nagorno Karabakh's participation in the event as an independent republic.

On November 11-12, 2009 Armenia and Nagorno Karabakh were represented in WTM exhibition in separate pavilions.
