‘Don’ts enter the same river twice:’ Gagik Harurtyunyan speaks about Armenia-Turkey relations

The first stage of Armenia-Turkey normalization process has ended in Armenia’s favor, Director of Noravank Foundation Gagik Harurtyunyan told a press conference today.

“Should a second phase start, I think we should remember the saying: ‘Don’t enter the same river twice’,” said he, adding that the second stage will be a new reality in Armenia-Turkey relations.

According to Mr Harurtyunyan, Armenia showed the entire international community that it is a reliable partner, and unlike Turkey, it implements whatever responsibilities it assumes.
