Armenian national Hovsep Mkrtchyan elected for 4th time in Ukraine

An Armenian national has for the forth time been elected as deputy at the City Council in Krivoy Rog (Ukraine).

According to the Ukrainian news website Analitika.ru, Hovsep Mkrtchyan is known in the city not only as a successful businessman but also as an outstanding benefactor.

Mr Mkrtchyan has for several years now been the principle of the school #15 in Krivoy Rog. He has also established a fund to help talented and gifted children, as well as the orphans.
