Karabakh president signs decree on compulsory insurance in the country

On 15 November President Bako Sahakyan signed decrees to introduce amendments to the law "On the NKR Rescue Service," the law "On the NKR Administrative-Territorial Division," the law "On Public Prosecution" and "On Official Salary of Chief Workers in Legislative, Executive and Legal Government Bodies."

The amendments referred also to the NKR judicial code and to the NKR laws "On Securing the Traffic", "On Automobile Transport" and "On Personal Data."

On the same Mr Sahakyan signed also a decree that puts Armenian law "On Compulsory Insurance of Responsibility Emanating from the Use of Transport Means" into operation in the NKR too.
