There will be border incidents unless Karabakh conflict is settled – Armenian MP

Incidents on the Karabakh-Azerbaijan contact line will not stop unless the Nagorno Karabakh conflict is settled, Gagik Minasyan of the Republican Party faction in parliament, says.

“The number of incidents on the contact line has decreased, especially after the parliamentary election in Azerbaijan. I think such trend will continue and I don’t expect any provocation after the military exercise,” he told journalists on Saturday.

“Unless the conflict of Nagorno Karabakh is finally settled, there will be border incidents. We must bear in mind that we are at war,” he added.
