NKR Defense Ministry denies reports Azerbaijani solider being killed

NKR Defense Ministry spokesman Senor Harutyunyan has turned down Turkish media reports that an Azeri soldier was shot and killed by the Armenian forces.

“This is yet another provocation by the Azerbaijani propaganda. The subdivisions of our defense army are committed to maintain the ceasefire regime,” Harutyunyan told Tert.am.

Citing Azerbaijani sources, the Turkish agency Dogan had reported that a sergeant of the Azerbaijani army, Ibrahim Ibrahimov, was shot to death by a sniper.
