Arthur Abraham promises to 'punish' Froch

In an open training with the Germany-based Armenian boxer Arthur Abraham in Helsinki Nottingham's super-middleweight Carl Froch has mocked Abraham, imitating how high he holds his hand while protecting himself, reports local Armenian sport news website Armsport.am.

"I think it is that way that Abraham will fight. I don't think he will be able to do anything more. He will need to defend himself all through the fight," he has said.

The Abraham-Froch fight is planned on November 27.

Froch's girlfriend, Rachael Cordingly, has also joined him, saying Abraham is a "gnome" and a "small king."

Abraham has only smiled in response, and said: "Froch has offended me, my promo tour and my team. For that reason I will punish him on Saturday."
